Austin moved to Sonoma County for college ten years ago and proceeded to fall in love – with the people, the culture, and a guy – so she never left.  She opted for beauty school over grad school, and after obtaining her licensing her hunger for hair knowledge has continued. She has since completed several years of advanced training while assisting some of the bay areas most talented stylists. Since joining Ritual she has traveled frequently to complete advanced education classes in Razor Cutting, Curly hair cutting, Wedding styling, and Blonding techniques.

Austin joined the Ritual team in 2018 and is so happy to work in an industry where she can share her mantra: Good hair days lead to good days, and a great cut and color are the foundation of it all.
